Lasagna Soup with Bowties is made with all of the same ingredients that go into lasagna. Put some Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the bottom of your bowl and ladle on the hot soup. The cheeses get all melty! Garnish with a few ribbons of fresh basil and you have a delicious hot soup! Try it with some of my hot twisted breadsticks!
This Thick & Hearty Minestrone was one of my favorites as a child! It’s so thick and hearty, my mom used to call this “Main Dish Minestrone!” I love the smokey flavor that the cans of Bean with Bacon Soup add! My Amazing Herbed Breadsticks are perfect with this!
This Gazpacho is actually a Chilled Summer Soup made with fresh garden tomatoes. Oh how I love this soup! My mom used to make this when I was a kid!
