This post isn’t one of Grandma Bee’s recipes, it’s actually a product review. I have found something that I love and I think is worth sharing! If you are one of those people who has sworn off peanut butter because of its high fat content, read on! Just knowing that a 2 tablespoon serving of regular peanut butter has 16 grams of fat, makes me want to choose something else…That is, until I found PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter! PB2 is made from real peanuts, it just has most of the fat and oils removed. You reconstitute the peanut powder by stirring in a tablespoon of water and it becomes creamy enough to spread it on a sandwich or bagel, or a stick of celery! It can even be used in recipes! It makes a great snack with only 45 calories and 1.5 grams of fat per serving!
